It has a well-defined mechanism of action and good specificity as observed in functional ex-vivo and in vivo assays. SEL92 can be further developed in the field of hypertensive disorders including pregnancy-induced hypertension (pre-eclampsia), pulmonary hypertension as well as renovascular hypertension.
