On 27 January 2012, the Supervisory Board of Selvita S.A. made an appointment of new members to the Management Board of the company, namely Dr. Krzysztof Brzózka, Dr. Miłosz Gruca and Mr Sebastian Kwaśny, and recalled Dr. Nicolas Beuzen from his previous function.

As of 30 January 2012, Management Board includes following members:

1. Paweł Przewięźlikowski - Chief Executive Officer,

2. Bogusław Sieczkowski - Chief Operating Officer,

3. Krzysztof Brzózka - Member of the Management Board,

4. Miłosz Gruca - Member of the Management  Board,

5. Sebastian Kwaśny - Member of the Management  Board.

Appointment of the new Board Members is related to the extension of  the scale of company?s operations, and is aimed at strengthening new members' financial responsibility for the outcome of the departments they supervise, namely in-house R&D, Biology, and Bioinformatics, as well as it will facilitate their contacts with Selvita's business partners. Recall of Dr Nicolas Beuzen is associated with his transition to the post of Vice President of Development, where he will be responsible for alliance management and maintaining contacts with the company's research projects' business partners.

Dr. Krzysztof Brzózka holds a PhD degree from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany) and an MSc degree in Biotechnology, specializing in Molecular Biology, from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Poland). He is a second year student of the Executive Master of Business Administration at Stockholm University School of Business and the Cracow University of Economics Business School. In the years 2003 - 2008, Dr. Brzózka conducted research at the University of LMU in the field of intracellular signaling, pathogen defense mechanisms leading to the immune system inhibition and the innate immune response. In 2007 he joined Selvita as a specialist responsible for evaluation, due diligence and in-licensing of research projects. In 2009 he became a Project Manager of a project aimed at creating innovative Pim kinase inhibitor with a strong antitumor activity. In subsequent years, Dr. Brzózka initiated further research projects, and since 2010 he's been the Head of Oncology. Dr. Brzózka has unique interdisciplinary expertise in development of projects in the preclinical phase, ranging from in silico studies, medical chemistry and both in vitro and in vivo studies.

Dr. Miłosz Gruca is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, where he earned his MSc degree in Biotechnology with specialization in Molecular Biology, and a PhD degree in Biochemistry. He also completed a two-year Executive MBA at Stockholm University School of Business and the Cracow University of Economics Business School. Since 2007 he has been associated with Selvita, responsible among many other things for the introduction of complex biological and analytical services to the company's offer. Being a Member of the Board at Selvita's subsidiary company BioCentrum Ltd., Dr. Gruca was responsible for the strategic management of Analytical, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology laboratories. He participated in the creation of the company's preclinical services offer. As part of his duties he is responsible for creation of project teams and scientific and strategic leadership of interdisciplinary teams of researchers. In 2010 he took charge of the largest department in the Selvita Group - Department of Biological Research.

Mr. Sebastian Kwaśny holds an MSc Eng. degree in Telecommunications, a graduate of the University of Mining and Metallurgy in Krakow. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from School of Management Polish Open University in Warsaw and Oxford Brookes University. Mr. Sebastian Kwaśny has joined Selvita S.A. in April 2011, and currently he serves as Director of Bioinformatics Department, overseeing all IT and bioinformatics projects of this division of the Company. In the years 1998 - 2010 Mr. Sebastian Kwaśny worked at the COMARCH Group. In years 1998-1999 he was an engineer and Department Manager. In 2000-2006 he served as Director of the Center of Responsibility in the Services, Industry and Trade Sector. In the years 2006-2010 he was a Director of the IT infrastructure sub-sector. Additionally, in 2007-2009 he served as President of the Board of CA Services SA, and in 2008-2010 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board Infrastruktura24 SA, which belongs to the COMARCH Group. In 2011 he completed a course for candidates for Members of Supervisory Boards and Boards of Commercial Companies.
