Pawel Przewiezlikowski - Chief Executive Officer Pawel Przewiezlikowski has 12 years of experience in management of high technology companies, meeting Polish and international customers’ expectations and creating significant shareholder value. Between 1994 and 2007 he worked at ComArch – a Polish information technology company. As board member of the company since 1996, he took part in the organic transformation of a university spin-off to the largest IT company in Poland, employing over 2700 people. At ComArch Mr. Przewiezlikowski managed the divisions offering solutions for the pharmaceutical, banking, manufacturing and services industries. Those divisions formed together the largest, the fastest growing and the most profitable sector of ComArch, employing 800 people in 2007. During his time at ComArch in 1999-2000 he was also the co-founder and the first CEO of Interia.pl, the third largest portal in Poland which was established by ComArch and RMF FM radio, and then the Vice President of the advisory board of the portal. Mr. Przewiezlikowski holds an MBA from the joint programme of the University of Teesside (United Kingdom) and Krakow School of Economics (Poland) as well as master degree in computer science from AGH Technical University in Krakow. He also studied IT at the Technical University in Berlin. He is fluent in English, German and Polish. His hobbies are basketball and science-fiction literature.
Nicolas D. Beuzen, Member of the Management Board, Chief Scientific Officer Nicolas D. Beuzen, PhD, gained his first experience as a Strategic Database Manager at Sanofi Pasteur MSD. In 2003 he joined OPi Pharmaceuticals (now EUSA) as Project Manager. His activities included work on pre-clinical onco-haematology drug candidates (monoclonal antibodies and small molecules) as well as stage II-IV development in onco-haematology, CNS and metabolism. In 2006 he moved to India as Project Coordinator at Ethypharm, where he managed an international cross-functional team on the ‘New Drug Delivery’ portfolio of the French company. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom) , B.Sc. in Applied biology – biotechnology and protein engineering from London South Bank University (United Kingdom). He is also a graduate of Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in Lyons (France) where he obtained his DESS (eq. M.A.) degree in Marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Boguslaw Sieczkowski - Member of the Board, Chief Operating Oficer
 Boguslaw Sieczkowski has a solid education and over 10 years of experience in management. His career was initiated in the middle nineties supervising computerization of companies within Bahlsen group. Since 2000 as a board member of ComArch Internet Ventures S.A. he developed the first ASP Services platform in Poland. Till 2007, as a Vice President of ComArch S.A. he was in charge of largest subsector (250 people) delivering product for leading scientific and finance institutions. Mr. Sieczkowski holds an MBA from joint programme of the University of Teesside (United Kingdom) and Krakow School of Economics (Poland), master degree in computer science from Jagiellonian University in Krakow as well as Project Management Professional certificate issued by Project Management Institute (United States). His hobbies are skiing and tourism.
